With access to the internet and overnight fitness experts, training programmes are a dime a dozen. Anyone can pull a programme off the net and start tomorrow. The problem is motivation and knowing what works for you as an individual based on your availability, fitness level and end-goal. The role of a coach is to keep you motivated, to offer all round advice and to make sure you maintain the fine balance between under and over training. Someone to keep you going when it gets tough, but also to tell you when it's too much. With his extensive experience and all-round expertise Dennis is able to get the best out of his athletes and to take you further than you ever imagined possible. Unlike many younger coaches He understands the pressures of everyday life and how difficult it can be to juggle family, work and training. His clients trust him, because he has done it himself and he knows what works and what doesn't. Each athlete is treated as an individual and a programme is created specifically for you and your training needs. Catering for both beginners and seasoned riders, will help you take your training to the next level. Each year we host an Epic training camp where we assist cyclists with riding certain Epic routes. This is excellent training for the race itself with many seasoned Epic riders returning year after year.
